Yes. But this game follows through David's girlfriend 'Caroline'.

What will the final maturity rating be? 
Probably, Mature. I'm still debating if I want to censor the cussing or go Mature.

How much will the game be? It will be free at the first 24 hours of launch, then will be 2.99$.

What do you mean by two different entities? 
The choices you make can change what "Enemy" you get. Say you choose choice A, you get the clown. Choose choice B and you get Creature.
